CSIR NET 2023: The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) National Eligibility Test (NET) for the December 2022/June 2023 cycle has been announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can apply online for the CSIR UGC NET 2023 for Chemical Sciences, Earth/Atmosphere/Ocean/Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences starting from March 10, 2023, on the official website csirnet.nta.nic.in. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination for December 2022/June 2023 will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode on June 6, 7, and 8, 2023. The purpose of the exam is to assess the eligibility of Indian nationals for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professor positions in Indian Universities and Colleges.

CSIR UGC NET 2023 Qualification
Age Limit: The age limit for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is a maximum of 28 years as of July 1, 2022.
There is no age limit for Lectureship/Assistant Professor positions.
Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification required is M.Sc/BS-MS/BS-4 years/B.E/B.Tech/B.Pharma/MBBS (with at least 55% marks).
